Debbie is hands-on in every aspect of the business—working in the field daily while also managing the behind-the-scenes operations to ensure everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Don leads Field Operations at Autumn Pine Lawn Care, bringing over 30 years of hands-on experience to the team. His career began on golf courses, where he developed a sharp eye for detail and a deep understanding of turf grass health—skills he now applies to every property we service.
With a strong commitment to customer satisfaction, Don knows that every homeowner and business has a unique vision for their landscape. He takes the time to listen and works closely with each client to ensure their property looks exactly the way they envision it—neat, healthy, and beautifully maintained.
